Community members, including expatriates living in the emirate and working in the private sector, are covered by flexible health insurance coverage if their monthly salary exceeds AED5,000.

Together with investors and owners of free business licenses, their families, and their staff, it also covers resident expatriate residents' families and staff who are not covered by employer-provided health insurance (governmental or private).

A statement from the Abu Dhabi Media Office claims that, Therapy treatments costing AED 150,000 yearly are covered by insurance. In addition, the insurance offers 100% emergency coverage, a 20% fee for all outpatient treatment services, and a 30% copay for prescription drugs. The program also gives patients the option of increasing their insurance coverage to meet their needs.
