Colonel Khalid Al Zaabi, head of the driving and vehicle licensing division at the Abu Dhabi Police, stated in his keynote address at the summit that Abu Dhabi places a high priority on people's safety on the roads. The emergence of smart systems at all driving institutes helps police officers ensure effective learning and efficient driving. The police are now testing new drivers who are applying for driving licenses with smart vehicles.

During the test, vehicles assess the performance of drivers with 100% monitoring as they are powered by artificial intelligence, provide an automated report, and enter the results and details directly into the file of the applicant. This system also helps enhance learning.

To prepare these applicants for driving safely in adverse weather conditions, such as rain and fog, driving institutions created a new project where learners undergo intensive training in a simulator. The right usage of new technologies, like simulating their role, will help reduce the number of accidents and maximize safety. So, these types of live training sessions in a particular context work well! 

The Emirates Driving Company offered attendees the chance to test how digital transformation is handled in the industry as well as learn more in-depth about the AI-powered smart simulator and the smart inspection process. The summit was fruitful with actions to address the future of the mobility sector as well as important topics on driving education, training, and understanding safety standards.
